Deliveries from the Jinder Home online store are processed and delivered to a courier within up to 3 working days for large cities, for small towns - according to the schedule of the courier companies.
Attention! Some settlements (most villages and some small towns) have a special mode of delivery by courier companies ("on schedule"), in deviation from the above conditions. You can see the complete lists with the delivery schedule of the courier companies here: Speedy . Econt and Europe .
Important information in connection with the delivery of "To address" shipments through Speedy AD: "All shipments that are sent to an address, but cannot be delivered due to the absence of the recipient, will be redirected to the nearest Speedy office for collection on the next business day."
Jinder Home is not responsible for untimely deliveries of shipments in cases where the user has indicated an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address and/or provided an incorrect telephone number for delivery of the ordered goods.
If you have selected the delivery option "SPIDI office", SPIDI should notify you by SMS when your shipment reaches their office. However, practice shows that this does not always happen. Therefore, we recommend that 3-4 days after you receive the automatic email with the bill of lading number, you check at your chosen SPIDI office without waiting for an SMS from them.
Ginger Home advises you to check the shipment carefully at the moment of receipt for possible damages during transportation or for broken packaging. If you find a discrepancy, fill out a Complaint Report on the spot, which the courier is obliged to provide you. The courier will take care of notifying us, and we will contact you to decide together what to do. Problems of this nature are very rare, but it is in our collective interest to be careful.
Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. on a working day are usually processed and delivered to the couriers the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on a holiday are usually processed on the first following business day.
